30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

Refunds

Once we inspect your item you want to return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 business days to your original payment method. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations
